Service Description
Our initial assessment for new patients is designed to give us a full understanding of your foot health while also allowing us to get to know you. During this appointment, we will go over your medical history and perform a general assessment, including vascular and neurological tests to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your foot health. We will also address any concerns you have and discuss your treatment plan in detail. We can't wait to meet you!
Cancellation Policy
If plans change or something comes up, which of course can happen from time to time, I require 48 hours or more (if possible) in order to cancel/change your appointment, leaving plenty of time to offer your slot to a client who may be waiting. Less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge. 48 hours or more - no charge, and if required you will be put on the waiting list for next suitable availability. 24-48 hours - you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. When paid in full, you will then be put on the waiting list for next suitable availability (if required). Less than 24 hours - you will be charge 100% of treatment cost due to the unlikelihood of filling your slot. Equally you will be put on the waiting list for next suitable amount has been paid in full. Whilst I understand that some circumstances don't allow enough notice, I ask for your understanding that this to me as a small business still means a loss of earning and by booking an appointment slot you are taking responsibility for that slot whether you attend or not. So, to be fair, the cancellation fee applies to everyone. Thank you for understanding. Please note: Booking fees are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule (within 48 hours or more), the booking fee will be credited to your next future booking.
